Jessica Williams offers an array of consulting services targeted to navigate decision-making processes and enable clients to reach sustainable agreements. She facilitates consensus building and dispute resolution, specializing in interest-based negotiation and mediation. Jessica takes a multi-disciplinary approach to collaboration building by applying her strategic thinking, business analysis, and communication skills and experience to client challenges.
Jessica is a founding Partner and CEO of Collaborent LLC, where she supports people, organizations, and businesses in navigating important decision making processes and related conflicts. She brings ten years of management consulting experience with a large consultancy, where she focused on facilitation, business analysis, and project management. She has two years of commercial mediation experience with a leading mediation firm, where she helped resolve complex multi-stakeholder legal disputes. Jessica has also served as a mediator for the cities of Boulder, Colorado and San Francisco, California.
Jessica earned a B.A. from the University of California at Los Angeles with dual degrees in Economics and Psychology, and an MBA from the University of Denver with concentrations in Values-Based Leadership and Strategic Organizational Change. She holds a certificate in Conflict Resolution from the Justice Institute of British Columbia, Canada, and she is a Project Management Professional certified by the Project Management Institute. Jessica lives in the Greater Denver Area of Colorado with her husband and three children, and enjoys an active lifestyle.
