Richard Harris, M.Ed.
Dick builds upon an extensive corporate and consulting career in areas of organizational development, performance coaching, and business planning. He currently heads up Dick Harris Associates that focuses on sharpening the performance of teams to increase productivity. Harris also conducts planning and marketing sessions, management retreats, training workshops, and best practice study groups for corporate and non-profit groups.
His prior experience was with New England Financial/MetLife directing their field office planning operation, designing recognition and programming for national conferences, and managing national advertising and sponsorship events for the company.
As a Peace Corps volunteer in India, Harris worked with rural communities in building schools and introducing new agricultural techniques. His more recent community involvement includes active duty as President, Santa Clarita Fly Fishing Club and Treasurer of the Franciscan Hill Association.
